Sales: The Dynamic Team Driving Our Success

Our sales team are charged with the challenging task of selling the Re-Leased commercial property management software and CREDIA. They’re opportunity seekers, problem solvers and negotiators.

Unlike other sales roles, our sales force are doing more than selling software. Our team get to know our customers, learn about their business and present solutions that will make our customers successful.

The Ongoing Quest For Innovation

Like every department at Re-Leased, our sales team are innovating the way we go about making sales. We have world class sales coaches to refine and improve our skills in problem solving, negotiating and closing deals.

We use technology to ensure each sales representative is on track, reviewing ways to improve everything we do and where to focus our energy. As we’re growing, we’re always looking to find better ways to build a high performing, scalable and repeatable sales team around the world.

A Day In The Life: PJ

Kia ora! Originally from Ngāti Kahungunu, Aotearoa (Hawkes Bay, New Zealand), I’m currently based in London, UK and work with team members across all of our global offices. Unofficially known as the Re-Leased Oracle, officially titled a sales engineer.

7am: First things first – check slack!   Having our product and development team based in New Zealand means that I’ll often have messages coming in overnight.

8am: Work-life balance: Working across different time zones means I don’t often work a solid 8 hours all at once but, no matter the day, I always make sure to block out 2 or 3 hours to spend time on me. 

11am: It’s all about the £££. I spend my mornings in various meetings with the UK sales team – sitting in on demo’s the account executives are running to provide feedback and answer the tricky questions or coming up with bespoke solutions to unique issues for potential customers.

2pm: North America comes online: Afternoons are split between supporting the UK and North American team. One moment I’ll be on a demo with a customer in Glasgow and the next a video call with a customer in Florida. 

5pm: Refresh for Round 3: My day isn’t quite over, but it’s important to carve out a little more time for me.

9pm: Last call: Before calling it a night I’ll wait for New Zealand to come back online to see if there’s anything the product and development team might need from me.
